If I ran my business like this I wouldn't make it more then 6 months.
When I call I get a recorded message and ask me to leave a voice mail. Then when I get to the mail box it said it was full.
Government bureaucracy at its best !!!
The people in this office are lazy and cannot be bothered to pick up the phone. My mortgage company made three attempts to call them about a tax issue and was never able to reach anyone from this department. This is just another example of the lousy county government we have here in Bucks County.
The people in this office are very helpful and friendly. They deal with any issues in a compassionate way and work with you. Occasionally there is a wait to speak with someone but it is never for very long.
