We were in a bit of a hurry and politely informed our waitress- she said it would be no problem. We ordered an appetizer and pizza and waited about 30 minutes for our food to come out. Our waitress brought the pizza out and we asked where the appetizer was. She said she forgot about it and asked us if we just wanted to take it off the check. We were not pleased but agreed as we were in a hurry. Next, she brought the pizza out and it was very plain with no flavor. Didn't taste like it was made to order. Our waitress only checked on us maybe once in the time we were there. When the bill came, she said the cash register wasn't working properly and it took about 30 minutes for her to bring our card back, only to find out she double charged us. At this point, we were pretty annoyed with the lack of decent food and service. The staff should be retrained and should get it together. They should also improve their quality of food.

Great outdoor seating right at a major junction in downtown. Has a euro vibe in that sense. Food was ok.
Food was excellent, yet service could be improved. Waitress never gave us her name. Took our order and not once checked on us to see if we were ok. Training needs to be improved. If you want to sit and get your own drinks or boxes to go this is the place to come.
Good food a little over priced. I saw the sign on the counter to save 5% or 10% when paying cash as the girl was giving me my change and she just shrugged and ignored my discount. Whatever, it's PA not that it's weird or anything
