I've gone to Doylestown Auto and Tire twice for oil changes and some minor work/inspection. Had rear brakes and rotors replaced. Their prices are very reasonable and they are very friendly/personable. Price came in lower than quote (that's a first) and they send a $20 coupon in mail after visit. Plus they follow up on your visit. So far so good. I will continue to use these guys for service and repairs on my Ford Mustang GT.
Make sure you get a quote in writing before getting work done!!!!. Got a quote over the phone for four tires. Pete clearly gave me a price per tire that he said included everything, mount and balance, tax, and disposal fee. However, got charged $25.00 extra per tire for all these extras, plus a shop fee of $60.00 for supplies as they charged a shop fee on everything. He advised I must have misunderstood. Although I dispute that misunderstanding part, Goodyear down the street charges $15.95 per tire for all the misc. stuff with no additional shop supply fees for tire purchase.... Next time I'll be shore to go there... I thought at the very least they should match the $15.95 but all they did was offer excuses on whey there prices are so high.
Had my car there last week for service. I've been going there for years and wanted to give the shop a try even though there is new ownership. Glad I did! Still great people there. They have always been trustworthy and I felt they still are. Let me know exactly what was going on with my car without being pushy. Enjoyed the experience and recommend.
