I found this Dental Office to be very friendly from the Office Staff to the therapists and the Doctor. I had a cleaning and checkup, and then a visit for a couple of crowns. I am very satisfied with the doctor and Dental Assistant. They were caring and wonderful.

My hygienist, Kate had a cheery and outgoing personality and she was very thorough and professional.
I used a groupon for a cleaning and x-ray. They did the x-ray and said I needed a deep cleaning and would have to come back another time and the cost was $1140, after some discussion they said they would lower it to $771. I went back to my normal dentist and they couldn't believe that this place refused to do a normal cleaning, even if i did need the deep cleaning. Maybe this place isn't bad, but don't trust their groupon!
Awful experience. Tried this office when my insurance changed and found out from my original dentist that I had a cracked tooth. ADC wanted me to pay full price in advance for a crown claiming that insurance would not cover it. They never even submitted it for pre-auth! The room full of chairs separated only by cabinets felt like an auto repair garage with Meineke on one side and Lube Express on the other. Literally. When I said I wanted the pre-auth first, they all became rude with one behind the counter telling me that it takes 4 weeks for it. What??? They also have a boatload of dentists on my insurance list attached to their address. One of which is my brother-in-law who worked there 1 month (years ago) and even HE got ripped off. Most of the others do not work there, either. Bait & switch? On to another office that is less of a factory managed by rude con artists.
The idea of going to the dentist does not usually fill your head with warm thoughts and images of puppies and kittens playing together in a beautiful field. I have been a patient at American Dental now for many years however, and I can guarantee that they have the nicest staff I have ever experienced. From the reception desk, to the hygienists, to the doctors, I have felt truly cared for, and experienced nothing but compassionate care , competence, and kindness. If you are looking for a dentist, I truly highly recommend you stop in at American Dental. I promise you will be glad you did.
