This hospital is the best.
My recent hospitalization, although emergent and unexpected, was a very pleasant experience.The nurses and staff treated me like I was in a 5 star resort hotel. The care of one paticular doctor, Dr. Francis J. Clark was very compassionate and quite astonishing. As my family and I were quite anxious, he showed up on the day called, late in the evening. His positive energy, engaging bedside manner, and very detailed exam was very comforting.
He immediately got me on the right treatment plan as I had a very quick recovery.
I waited for almost 3 hours to be seen and with almost nobody was in the waiting room. The nurses are very kind but the doctors are assholes, went to the hospital for a extremely painful hernia and the doctor did nothing and prescribed me nothing for the pain, based on where I live. I when to Saint Mary's and they told me I needed emergency surgery because of the same problem. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone they are going to end up killing you.
Like the hospital and my physician Dr. Kondan, but the parking is horrendous! Had a 9am appointment today and circled the Pavilion parking lot for over 10 minutes (along with 15 other people looking for a space) and ended up being late for my appointment. Used the garage which cost $2.00 and you have to walk all the way around and down to pay to get out!! The parking garage option certainly didn't take into account the old, sick, and handicapped who may have to use it. Sad to say make sure you get there at least 30 minutes ahead of your appointment cause you're going to need it just to find a parking spot!
Great care and fantastic facilities. Er time was passable with TV in each bay. Private room was large, had a sofa for visitors-very well designed. Parking - big problem. But valet is available.
