I give Mark "2 middle fingers" up
WOW, where do I begin with this. Mark is unresponsive, impolite, disrespectful, ignorant and clueless.
Was a customer of Mark for approx 10 - 15 years after he purchased the agency from the previous agent. I've been a customer of his office's location for 25 years.
Allstate's rates are extremely high, I asked Mark for a rate reduction because I felt the rates have risen to high for me to afford. I did this before quoting other ins companies. Mark did not help and said the only discount available are if I sign up for online paperless billing which I'm already signed up for.
I shopped and found the same homeowners policy for 2/3 of the cost of Allstate's. I then contacted Marks office to cancel the policy on Jan 22 2015, after numerous emails(which Mark lied to me and claimed he didn't receive) and phone calls, it's now April 29 2015 and the policy was finally cancelled today.
Mark was The most professional agent I have every dealt with in my 40 plus years of driving.he also helps me with all my insurance needs
