Ann is very thorough with her tour and very friendly. She took the time to show me a unit of the size I am using and explained all of the security features of the property. This made me feel confident of where I'd be storing my items at. John is very nice and helpful as well. He showed me the unit I'll be using and offered to tidy it up above and beyond my request. Hats off to both of these awesome folks over at Life Storage. I'll be sure to use them in the future for any storage needs I may have and highly recommend them!
