Just came from an amazing all day pampering session with my mom in preparation for my wedding. Trish was fantastic with my deep tissue massage and Norah did a great job with my facial. Friendly and professional people and reading ambience! I highly recommend!

A nice, clean spa. On the expensive side.
The service was great however we had a big party set to come, some people didn't show and if you were late or a no show you were forced to pay for services they didn't receive and the manager wasn't willing to accommodate a reschedule after paying full price for a service never rendered
Over all, the spa is clean and the atmosphere is pleasant, the front desk is polite. However, it is not anywhere the best experience we ever had.
Not great. my mom and i both had scrubs and 1 hour cocoon aromatherapy massages. White we were greeted and promptly escorted to get changed. the room where the scrub was airconditioned and the water used was chilly, so it didn't make for a pleasant scrub. the shower after was nice however. and the skin felt soft and clean. my mom liked her message, done by Trish. i didn't care for mine. for 1: ones wrapped in the "cocoon", it was unbearably hot. 2: when i was given a head message to start out, i had a hair band, which i suggested taking off. to releases tension. Leslie however didn't think it was nessesarry, which made it for a half a$$ head message. when she came to message my head a 2nd time, i took the band out. she then messaged my feet and then my FACE! anyone working in this industry prob should know that touching greasy hair, then feet and just generally heaving oil on your hands should not be touching the face after. and I am not sure I would call it a face message, it was more stretching of the skin. i should have said something, but i figured she knew what she was doing. Of course, both my mom and I had breakouts the very next day, and we are way passed zit ages.
