Beware of a very rude and unhelpful staff! They do not follow up on their obligations. The teacher and staff turnover leaves an entirely new group of idiots with which to deal. I had to go to a real university to get what they advertised. Their recruiters are looking for new students to screw over.
If you go here. Look for Dr. Jackie Ricotta. She's a hell of a nice woman. Best teacher I ever had. And you will most definitely learn. (not how to drive though hehe)
DelVal Alum. Part of PEK Fraternity. Not only was the college full of excellent professors and help prepare me for life outside of college, but the brotherhood that i fell into was the best thing that i could've asked for in my college experience. They were kind hearted guys who did what they could to help around campus and to help local foundations. From the PB&J movement, to cleaning the school up during pride and polish, to running many of the major programs that the school had to offer, to helping at the local soup kitchen in Lansdale for Thanksgiving. This college and fraternity taught me more than i could've ever asked for!!!
Graduated in Ornamental Horticulture in 1967. Great school for me.
They charge way too much - $8000 plus - for the Alternative Education Cert. Once I graduated there was no internship to prepare me for the harsh realities of urban education, because unless you know someone, those are the only jobs available. Their professors were ok - two were top quality professionals , two were okay, and one was awful - she liked to tell stories rather than prepare us for teaching.
