I received an appointment the same day I called. Dr. Shannon seemed knowledgeable. I made a follow-up call the next week; I left a message but never received a call back. I called again but was told Dr. Shannon was on vacation. Very disappointed in their service!!!
After walking around for over a year with a swollen foot, Dr. Downey managed to fix in 10 minutes what 5 other "prominent" doctors and extensive testing could not. Within 2 weeks the swelling went down and has yet to return. I wish i would have found him a year ago.
