I desperately need an adapter cable which they didn't have in stock. They could get one from the Yardley store if I could wait until the next day, which I could not. Decided to drive to Yardley, but before I left they used caller ID to call back and said that I could purchase the one their technician used if it would save me time and trouble. Excellent customer service.

I mentioned politely that in the future, they might want to be more transparent because I was surprised at check out. But the kid working there brushed me off, told me they did tell me and anyway, it was on my initial receipt.
Friendly and knowledgeable they provided me with the exact outcome I expected.
I feel they could have been more clear about their pricing as no one told me how much it would cost upfront. I would have been satisfied with a polite apology for the miscommunication at the very least. They didn't even fix anything. Next time I'll make the drive to the Apple Store.
I've been thinking about buying an Apple Watch and haven't been able to find one to try on for size before I buy in any of the stores where I've shopped. Well, G2 didn't have one either, but Ryan was wearing one & let me try his on my wrist. Ryan's friendly co-worker Varun was also fantastic & informative . The Both of these gentlemen were kind, honest and very helpful. I hesitated to go to this store since I had a not-so-nice experience in the past at this store, but Varun & Ryan have changed my mind. As long as Varun and/or Ryan are working I'll go back. Good job G2 hiring two great employees. They deserve a raise!

I was dissatisfied with the service here. I paid $90 just for them to tell me how much it would cost to fix my computer, which is fine, but I wish they had told me that before I gave them my computer. They initially said they accepted Apple Care, and my computer was covered.
