Similar experience as others have posted. Alex the manager is the only one who can do anything of merit, i.e. set up a phone, process a return, etc. Unfortunately for me, he was on a conference call in the middle of the day on 12/19 when I took time from work to exchange a new 6S+ for an 8S+. I was unable to be helped. I was asked to visit again after work, which I did, but Alex was busy with other customers and after a 40 minute wait, I had to leave. Alex promised that he would be there the following day to handle my return, but when I visited for the third time on 12/20, I was told that he took a half day, so one of the others finally was able to perform the transaction with Alex via cell phone. Ridiculous - train your staff better before you allow them to interface with customers. Will definitely shop from the corporate T-Mobile store in Valley Square going forward.
Great store! Everyone was so friendly. I was having issues with my phone and they actually took the time to help me with in instead of just shoving products down my face. They made me feel so comfortable that I will be going to this store from now on no more waiting in long lines to talk to someone who is in a rush.
Great staff, run by a caring and knowledgable manager. Definitely went above and beyond to make sure my business account was set up properly! Highly recommend!
I used to hate going to the store to update my phone, or to make changes to my account. But Kristen and her team actually make it enjoyable! They were super knowledgeable and they took the time to customize everything for us. We’re relatively new to T-Mobile, but the team at this store is gonna make us lifers for sure!
Great store manager and staff Alex and Kirsten are the best they helped me and my wife with everything from beginning to end they transferred my info. What made me post this is I sent my son in to get his phone looked at and they even helped him I think the 2 reps that helped where jonmichael and Alex they did a good job. He was happy they fixed his iPhone
