Great Customer Service! Representative arrived on time at my home even when I changed the pickup time by 2 hours. Car was ready within 5 minutes of arriving and completing the necessary paper work. Car was clean - inside and out and topped up with gas. In addition, I was given a ride home at the end of my trip. All employees were polite and very attentive to my needs as a customer. Thank you and will rent again from Enterprise.
Great staff great service. Things are a bit pricey depending on your situation but it's a good place to rent a car and the Ford fusion I received was newer, impeccably clean and in perfect working order, and it's worth noting that as opposed to other rental places who will charge you $7 a gallon for refueling they were charging 2.15 a gallon, about 30¢ under typical gas prices. This all came together to be a great experience for me as a customer. I'd recommend Enterprise over any other car rental service in the area.
Pain in the ass to rent a car. Need to have a utility bill in order to use a debit card. Ridiculous. I was stranded there without a ride because they refrained from telling me what essentials to bring

The Doylestown Enterprise location has the best staff and customer service of any place I've rented from. Bridgette is the manager and she sets the example of what it means to put the customer first. On a recent rental, I was traveling into the Northwest corner of PA and she noticed the forecast was for snow. She made sure to put me in a vehicle that was worthy of the forecast and she saved my bacon. I traveled through the Allegheny National Forest where there was about four inches of snow on the roads and no cell coverage for about 40 minutes. I confidently drove through the mountainous area with a four wheel drive vehicle that was worthy of the task. Thank You Bridgette. I have also been treated very well by Omar and Lee at this location. They are professional and focus on customer service. It all starts from the top and this location is the best! Thanks guys.
