This Office is wonderful!
I loved my experience with all of the doctors and staff and have a healthy baby girl because of this practice. I can't wait to have another child in part because I know if there are any surprises the doctors will be on top of it! Even my mother in law was ecstatic to hear this was my chosen provider as she is a former patient. I can't recommend them highly enough.
This office has been so wonderful to me since I started coming here, I have 4 healthy boys thanks to these wonderful providers and nurses. Dr. Ianieri has been wonderful to me since I was referred here from my old gyn office who did not do obstetrics. My last pregnancy was the worst but Dr. I, Dr. Yeh and Dr. Fitzgerald took such great care of me and made sure my baby as well as myself were healthy. Their nurse practitioner Kim who I saw a few times was excellent as well and the nurses are so great at calling me back and communicating with the doctor and ordering me things that I need. This place is the best. Also a few times when I felt something was erroneously billed I called their billing person and she was always friendly and addressed it in a timely manner. This practice is the best.
Completely disappointing customer service. I have been chasing the office for a resolution for an urgent order I placed over a month ago, and have received zero helpful information (but plenty of "not my problem" treatment). Floored at the lack of pro-activity from a medical "service" provider... Where's the bedside manner? Interesting to see so many other similar reviews.
I wish I could put negative stars with what they have done to me as a first time pregnant, young mother. First of all, I could barely get a hold of them to make an appointment. I left several messages and ended up having my first prenatal appointment at 10 weeks pregnant. My first appointment was very uncomfortable. I waited a long time for the doctor who came in, gave me a Pap smear, and left within 10 minutes, no questions, and no information. Not to mention the procedure was painful and I was cramping afterwards. I tried to call the nurse for advice on prenatal vitamins and she didn't pick up the phone. I left a message and she responded to me with a snarky message saying I would have to buy over the counter vitamins (which I did, but could not keep them down with morning sickness). I spent a month calling to make a second appointment only to get messages that were cold and their tone was as if they were annoyed with me for calling and being unable to pick up the phone at my job which I've called them several times from the bathroom. When they did call, it would be a few days later and during my work hours. So I switched to Healthy Beginnings and I've been treated so much better. I feel confident that my new doctor will help me through my first pregnancy. DO NOT go to Doylestown Women's Health Center especially if you're a first time mom. Poor service. Unless you are loaded and can afford incredible health insurance, even then, I highly doubt they will pick up the phone.
