Too many gadgets. Some are just useless. Don't know how I'd rate the Jeep as a whole. I guess it's OK. Wish I felt better about it. After driving it for 2 weeks I don't think I would buy it again.
Jeep looks nice. Fun to drive, except for the major blind spot from the windshield post and side mirror on the drivers side. It can totally block out an entire car to your left while turning onto a side street. Accident waiting to happen.
Took it to get a oil change and tires rotated. In and out in no time. Nick my service manager two thumbs up was the best. I recommend them.
This was my first time dealing with a Fred Beans dealership (Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep) and it was a good experience. Rich Adams was my sales consultant and he did a great job taking care of me and was very informative throughout the entire process. This is my first Jeep and so far so good. I'm looking forward to the off-road trail rated course that they have set up for mid-July to test out the capabilities of my Grand Cherokee.
I especially don't like the "stop-start" thing. VERY annoying. To turn it off you have to remember to push a button every time you start the car!

I had sent in my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500. The ultimate diagnosis was my engine was bad. Nick my service advisor explained the issue and began to work with my 3rd party warranty company, which he navigated very well through the process, he constantly kept me in the loop and when final dignosis was made that my engine needed to be replaced, he kept the process moving, and ensured the quality of the work performed. Hands down, Nick and the rest of the staff at Fred Beans Dodge are by far the best, and truly make you feel comfortable with the process and they stand behind their work. If you own a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram product, they are the place for quality service.
I know most if not all cars have the keyless ignition. Just need to keep the key fob with you. PLEASE...just give me a key.
