The service team there is exceptional. I dislike when my car needs to be taken there, but love the service received once I am there.
I was working in the area (about 30 miles away from home) and my check engine light came on. My coolant level was low and it was 95 degrees outside, so I pulled into Thompson. Santos was awesome. They took my vehicle right away and checked to make sure the car was safe to drive home. They even fixed a broken blinker light and washed my car all for under $50 bucks. No hassle, good service. Keep up the good work team Thompson!
I have been a 30 year customer of the Thompson Organization driving BMW's. After a couple year lapse in driving a Lexus, decided to return to a BMW. Since my former sales person was now the Sales Manager I walked in the showroom one day and met Joe Weber. Wow what an outstanding sales person! I told Joe I was thinking of getting an X-5, but wasn't 100% sure. Joe walked through all the options and the process to find one. After not finding what I wanted he said - just order what I want and it will be here in 3 weeks. So that is what I did. Joe kept us informed along the way and was very attentive to all the details. We love the X-5 and found a new, very attentive sales person in Joe Weber. Thanks Joe.
