I recently purchased a used vehicle from Ryan @ Thompson Lexus. It was a leap of faith since I am 800 miles away, but Ryan took pictures of the car and assured me that it was in pristine condition. The negotiation was very easy over the phone. The paperwork was coordinated ahead of time, he worked with our bank and was even willing to pick my up at the airport. When I arrived last Friday, the car was exactly as described. I was in the dealership for less than 30 minutes to sign all the paperwork then I was on the road. And yes, they do have cars where I live, but I saved SO much it made sense to fly out to Pennsylvania to but the car and drive it home. I would do it again in a second. Thanks Ryan!

He listened carefully to our needs, and he delivered what we wanted. He was reasonable, not pushy at all. He wasn’t pressuring us into any deals that we made clear wouldn’t be acceptable to us. He wasn’t coming up with gimmicky sales lines that make you cringe ( which is so common!). He was very professional but not standoffish.
