Once again I had my Escape in for service. Both Bruce and Sean went out of their way to fix the problem. I will be bringing both the Fusion and Escape in for state inspections and am sure I will get the same high quality service as I have in the past. The van driver could not have been nicer. Everyone...keep up the good work.
Just had my Fusion in for state inspection and new tires. The shuttle driver could not have been nicer...someone tell him for me please. Will be taking the Escape in for the state inspection the end of the year and hope I get the same good service. Sorry that Tim Adams will not be my service contact going forward. Sure I will get good service from either Bruce or Mike Kilgus.
The parts department has always gotten the parts I have needed in a timely manner and always very respectfully. Thank you George from parts.

The employees at this dealership are an exceptional group of people to work with. I have been bringing my vehicles here to be serviced for many years and have been treated very professionally. Jason and Bruce are the two individuals in service that I have had the pleasure of dealing with on each occasion. Shaun the service manager has also been very attentive and professional when I had the need to speak with him.
Besides having another very accommodating and satisfying service experience with my 2015 Fusion Hybrid I had the privilege of meeting Mr. Fred Beans, who specifically came and greeted me while I was waiting for the work to be done under the able supervision of expert service manager Jason Swift. Fred and I easily conversed, and in the end he wanted to be sure that my whole experience at this one of his several dealerships was the best that it could be. It was a pleasure for me to meet such an accomplished person in a business that like many others has challenges that need to be met effectively in order to be as successful as this one is.
